Using an integrated approach, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. I am committed to ongoing professional development, regularly updating my knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of care for my clients.

 

I recognize the influence of cultural background, values, and identity on an individual's mental health and well-being. In my practice, I strive to create a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and supported regardless of their background.

When working with individuals, I draw from several evidence-based modalities. When working with couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
